FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Property Manager to Relocate OfficeToday's Date -- March 04, 2005 ... A Pennsylvania real estate company has been quietly snapping up properties in the Coatesville area and is now opening an office in nearby Valley Township. In Early April, Con-Lyn Properties will move its existing office from Parkesburg to 901 West Lincoln Hwy, Coatesville. This office will house the Real Estate Services business started over 4 years ago. While the CEO, Robert Connolly start rehabbing properties back in 1988, his first rental property wasn’t till 1996. Then, four years ago he convinced his first Partner Kevin Lynch to join him in building this business. “The smartest thing I have ever done, next to marrying my wife was to convince Kevin to come work with me. He has made all the difference.” For the last few years Kevin and Bob have been building a unique company that now encompasses a number of related services. These include Property Management, Real Estate Investing and Hard Money Lending. ‘It has always been a dream of mine’ said Mr. Connolly, “I have been blessed with two great partners, employees that care, and a great town to run my businesses’. Their third partner came last year when the duo decided to become more aggressive with rehab projects. Guy Jacquet’s experience in project management and engineering was hard to pass up. All three partners have corporate experience, two of the three partners have Master Degrees and the third is a graduate of Wharton Business School. “Our experiences in the corporate world and the extensive education of the Partners allow us to bring professionalism to this sometimes dirty business.” said Mr. Connolly “We are the Professional Property Managers”. Con-Lyn has been growing to say the least; purchasing 14 properties last year alone. Their specialty is buying delapated properties and making them new again. “The townships love us. We take an eyesore and make it a community centerpiece, what’s not to love.” Said Mr. Connolly. “Everything’s by the book, full permits and approvals for each township. We are currently working closely with Chester County Housing Authority to improve the quality of life for the Elderly and Single Mothers. They currently have written grants that will help these individuals. They also work closely with La Communida, to improve the quality of life for the Latino population.” As the business continues to grow, Con-Lyn’s plan includes adding a Handyman Repair Service to its Real Estate products, “We see a huge need out there for a professional contracting service. We have the staff and the experience to fix any problem, and we should put that to good use.” Mr. Connolly is optimistic about the future for Con-Lyn and the Coatesville Area. “Great things are happening here. We saw opportunity early on. Now we are here to make a difference, after all, our motto is ‘Making Communities Brighter’”.
